​When Candice Pizzo, owner and designer of Alex + Jayde Designs, was younger she wanted new clothes for her barbie. That's what every little girl back then wanted right? So her great grandmother Equator, a seamstress, gave her some leftover black lining and a needle and thread. After thinking she was done because it was stitched poorly together, her great grandmother Equator ripped out all the stitches and made her start over again. She did it over and over until it was well made. In that Candice found her passion for Design and her great grandmother made sure that quality came first. Alex + Jayde Designs is a Fashion label located and produced in Michigan. Alex + Jayde is a fun, edgy, colorful, comfortable line. Alex + Jayde Designs love helping families when it comes to "Taking Leaps Off the Edge of Fashion."​ Especially for their littles! Everything is made in a smoke and pet free home, surrounded by her husband and two children!
